At ROVELQ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- You must provide a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at yk6884795@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
- Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size, or style, you may request a return for your original item. Once the return has been approved and processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.
5. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and any legal exceptions.
Returned items must generally be in the same condition in which they were received, including being unused or unworn and returned with original tags and packaging.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
